zB. hier: http://blog.pimpmyshell.de/2007/12/10/pimp-your-prompt/
....
PS1='[${debian_chroot:+($debian_chroot)}\D{%a %d.%m.%Y} \A, \u@\h:\w] \$ '
....
# some more ls aliases alias ll='ls -l' alias la='ls -A' alias l='ls -la -h'
# ~/.bashrc: executed by bash(1) for non-login shells.
# se /usr/share/doc/bash/examples/startup-files (in the package bash-doc)
# for examples
# If not running interactively, don't do anything

# don't put duplicate lines in the history. See bash(1) for more options

# check the window size after each command and, if necessary,
# update the values of LINES and COLUMNS.

# make less more friendly for non-text input files, see lesspipe(1)
